This site demonstrates the direction of UP Care. It is not a live care record system, billing submission system, legal compliance opinion, or payer approval.
No PHI on public forms
Do not enter client names, dates of birth, Medicaid identifiers, medical details, caregiver schedules, or other protected information into public preview forms.
Accounts and access
When live accounts exist, each user should use their own credentials. Agencies should assign access based on job duties and review access when roles change.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass security controls, scrape private records, upload malicious content, disrupt service, or use the platform outside authorized agency operations.
Service changes
The product is under active development. Features shown here may change as the YooperCare to UP Care rebase, pilot scope, compliance review, and operational proof work continue.
