Privacy posture
UP Care should use role-based access, least privilege, audit events, PHI minimization, secure session practices, and careful export controls. Public pages should not expose client names, caregiver schedules, payer identifiers, or health details.
Vendor and compliance language
Use careful wording until formal review is complete: HIPAA-aligned workflows, SOC 2 control readiness, and audit-ready evidence. Do not claim certification from this preview.
